Terry Trent

We don’t know why we keep having to tell y’all, drugs are bad mmmmmmm’kay!

Snorting bath salts put one Ohio crook in the holiday spirit, police say.

Cops in Vandalia, north of Dayton, say Terry Trent, 44, was high on the designer drug when he broke into a family’s home, put up some Christmas decorations and then plopped down on a couch to watch television, local station WHIO reported.

An 11-year-old boy who lives in the house found the strung-out stranger and called his mother, Tamara Henderson, who was at a neighbor’s house.

She said, “What do you mean a man is in our house? You don’t know if he has a gun or if he has a knife?” the station reported.

Henderson called 911, and Trent was arrested without incident.

Cops say he was armed with a pocket knife.

But Henderson suspects the decorating bandit was just looking for a festive spot to soak in his buzz.

“The candle was lit on the coffee table, the television was on and very loud,” she told the station.

“He had said to [my son] ,’I'm sorry. I didn’t mean to scare you. I’ll get my things and go.’ “

Trent was charged with burglary and held in a county lockup.

Cops say he has a history of drug charges.

Really people? Is this what we’ve come to? SMH

Stacy Schuler

What was this broad thinking??? Oh right. Now she doesn’t remember! The freaky Ohio phys-ed teacher who got smashed by five different students in five months now claims she doesn’t remember the three-ways and shower and kitchen counter episodes that landed her in lockup.

Day two of the trial for former Mason High School teacher Stacy Schuler is underway. She is accused of supplying her students with alcohol and having group sex five different times.

Two former Mason High School football players testified Monday that they had sex with the teacher after drinking vodka smoothies and peach wine, and smoking marijuana.

Schuler’s attorneys Charlie H. Rittgers and his son Charlie M. Rittgers said Schuler suffers from a bipolar disorder and doesn’t recall the events the boys are accusing her of. Schuler switched her plea from ”not guilty” to “not guilty by reason of insanity” in July.

The senior Rittgers in his opening statement told Judge Robert Peeler his client was on Zoloft at the time of the alleged incidents and her drinking further marred her abilities.

“The state wants to look at Stacy Schuler as a sex maniac with an insatiable appetite for sex, drugs and alcohol, who was willing to be passed around by these young men,” he said. “The problem is that Stacy’s ability to make sound and knowing decisions during those times was impaired by medical and psychological issues.”

One of the former football players, who now majors in wildlife biology at Ohio University, says he had sex with Schuler a total of seven times during five visits to her house. He is the only student who was at her house during those five alleged events.

Prosecutors have ten witnesses scheduled to testify during the trial this week.

Man, people be blaming bi-polar disorder for EVERYTHING… Itchbay please! Zoloft did not make you whip up vodka smoothies and chop down multiple football players in your shower and on your kitchen counter.

R.I.P. to the lions, and tigers, and bears…oh my.

Yesterday we reported on the release of wild animals in Ohio. Several celebrities including Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, DJ and LiLo ex Samantha Ronson, DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba, and long-time animal expert Jack Hanna all took to their Twitter page to let their feelings known about the tragic situation.

Despite some folk’s outrage, Jack Hanna made it clear that he understands that some of the animals had to be put down to ensure public safety.

“I’m sorry to say, but what the sheriff did had to be done,” Hanna told ABC News’ Diane Sawyer. “Otherwise, we would have had carnage out here in Zanesville, Ohio.”

As expected, PETA also tossed their two-cents in the media as well

PETA released a statement saying, “The shooting of dozens of exotic animals in Zanesville is a tragic example of just how wrong things can go when people are allowed to keep wild animals. PETA hopes that this will serve as a wake-up call to Ohio Governor John Kasich, who earlier this year refused to extend an emergency ban on exotic animals in the state that had been put in place by his predecessor.”

The latest news is that there is only one animal still on the loose, a monkey infected with herpes B virus, according to the sheriff’s office.

Are you disturbed by the killing of these animals or do you believe that the Sheriffs Department is just doing what was necessary?

Man Goes On Shooting Spree In Small Town Of Copley, Ohio

Really, why can’t supremely unhappy people like this not find ways of ruining their lives without destroying so many lives?

A northeast Ohio man ran through his small town neighborhood Sunday shooting eight people, including his girlfriend and her brother, before he was shot and killed in an exchange of gunfire with police, authorities said.

Eight people, including the gunman, were killed. Witnesses told reporters at least one of the victims was a child.

Police did not have a motive and did not release the names or ages of the gunman or the victims but provided a chronology of the shootings that began around 11 a.m. in a middle-class neighborhood of Copley, a town of about 14,000 west of Akron.

“A person running through the neighborhood and firing a gun” prompted calls to police, Copley Police Department said in a news release late Sunday. At a home, the gunman shot his girlfriend, ran to a home next door and shot her brother and four others, then chased two people through some yards and shot one of them, police said.

He went into a third home and shot another person before leaving and exchanging gunfire with a police officer and a former police officer.

One of the man’s victims was taken to a hospital. The person’s condition was not known Sunday evening.

The names and ages of the victims and the gunman weren’t being released until police could tell family members, some of whom are out of state, Copley police Sgt. Eric Goodwin said.

The Akron Beacon Journal reported that Copley School Superintendent Brian Poe said a township trustee told him two Copley High School students were killed during the shootings and a third youth, an 11-year-old, was also killed. Poe said the trustee told him the 11-year-old was not a Copley student.

A neighbor, Gilbert Elie, said he was getting ready for church when he heard gunshots and cries for help in the wooded neighborhood. He went to a house across the street and said he found a shocking scene: the woman who lived there lying in the driveway, her husband shot near the garage, and their young granddaughter and another woman shot in the front seat of a vehicle, the windows apparently blown out by gunfire.

A third woman came out of the house next door and tried to talk to Elie, he said, but their brief exchange ended abruptly when a man followed her out of the house and shot her, sending the 75-year-old Elie running for safety behind a truck.

“She was talking to me, and he come up behind her and shot her, so I figured, maybe I’m next,” he told The Associated Press.

He hid until he could see the gunman was gone, then returned home. Police arrived, and Elie said he heard a second round of shots coming from behind the houses and assumed officers had killed the gunman.

Elie described the gunman as unfriendly, a rarity on a street where most neighbors offer a wave in passing. He often worked on his car outside his house but never waved at anyone, Elie said.

They really should have let that evil coward live so he could suffer the rest of his life for what he did.

Violence Erupts Following George Clinton Show In Ohio

SMDH.

A man fired several shots from a handgun during a large fight near an outdoor concert venue featuring funk music artist George Clinton, killing one person and wounding three others, police said Sunday.

The fight erupted before 10 p.m. Saturday at an intersection near Luke East Park, the venue for the eighth annual Unity in the Park festival. Police didn’t have a description of the shooter, and no arrests had been made by midmorning Sunday, Sgt. Sammy Morris told The Associated Press.

It wasn’t immediately clear how long after Clinton or the other musicians performed that the shooting erupted or what prompted it. Police didn’t know if those involved in the fight were among concertgoers leaving the area.

“These were younger people, so we’re not sure,” Morris said. “George Clinton is an older (artist). We’re not going to speculate.”

A 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the head died of his injuries early Sunday, Morris said. He didn’t know the conditions of the other three who were wounded: a 20-year-old woman shot in the neck, and a 14-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man each hospitalized with leg wounds.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported earlier that the two most seriously wounded were in critical condition, and the other two were stable.

And once again, that is why our people can’t have anything.
