When it comes to marketing, Diddy knows no boundaries. The hip-hop mogul’s latest scheme involves partnering with Ciroc Ultra Premium Vodka to bribe the City of New York with a $1 million charitable donation for the right for to take over the New Year’s Eve ball in Times Square.
