Amanda Bynes has been getting quite reckless with her tweets of late, but on Monday (May 27), she let it be known that it “wasn’t her” that went hard in the paint on Rihanna via Twitter.
"I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions," she tweeted. "I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them! Rihanna and I met and I'm sure we'll be in a music video together one day!"
The former child star was doing damage control for deleted tweets that went out from her account, going in on Rih Rih. "Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough," she reportedly tweeted. "No one wants to be your lover so you can call everyone and their mother."
Tweets was watching and so was Rihanna, who responded with a dig of her own without directly mentioning Bynes.
Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?

The jury’s still out on whether or not Bynes, who proclaimed that she’s “looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper,” can actually rap, but one thing’s for sure, with the hip-hop style beefs she's had with ex-beau Kid Cudi and the arrest for drug possession, she already has boatloads of street cred. More than that, though, she now has the support of Waka Flocka Flame. “when people hate and the media lies ... that means you popping," Waka tweeted.

The Nickelodeon alum is also disputing the circulated details of her arrest, which reportedly included tossing a bong from her apartment window.
“Don't believe the reports about me being arrested. It's all lies,” she tweeted. “I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn't let me. The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That's why the judge let me go. Don't believe any reports.”

With so much going on in her life, including three criminal cases in California, let’s just hope Amanda Bynes can right the ship and get back to entertaining her fans outside of national headlines.
