What if an oshare kei band decides to play multiple rock genres both hard rock and soft rock?.What do you think? And besides that the members change their look very frequently, something like -today I'm oshare kei ,tomorrow emo or visual kei. What do you think?

I hope you dont hate me for this answer, but I will give it anyway.

First of all: I dont mind artists or groups that frequently cross-over to other genres. Sometimes it works quite well (except for the Rolling Stones trying out disco with Miss You).

But the reference to a frequent change of looks to go with it, for me just merely reflects the superficiality of genres like emo. I think it is a shame that 99 % of these bands just follow trends blindly, like lemmings. And hey, if we have to be visual kei on Tuesday, we will do that. Just to stay popular (with our management and record company that pays our fees).
