my friend wants to learn "Jazz Fantasy" by "fazil say" on piano by 2 years of experience can he make it?

i mean he's in 2 years of experience and this piece needs a full potential of your fingers will he ever make it?

any advice?...

Yes he can if he practices a lot. Many people with only a few years of experience can play songs that are really hard if they practice them. Remember he will only be good at this song. He might also benifit from playing scales and doing muscle building exercises. A great book for helping technique is 'Hanon' it builds agility, control, strength and speed in both hands. Also you can practice arpeggios and flexibility. If you practice for about 20min a day on technique you will notice a difference soon. Remember its not how much you practice but what you practice.

I was told that 3 hrs of practice everyday for a year and you'll be able to play almost anything.
