|  Why do I get the message "file cannot be created" when I try to download music onto my mp3 player? I've gotten a new Sansa mp3 player from SanDisk to replace my old one (which came from Creative). But when I try to transfer certain songs onto the player, I would get a message that says something like "file cannot be created". I never had this problem with my old mp3 player, which lasted for about my first two years of high school before it stopped functioning whenever I pressed the play button.
