Find the video on youtube.com, copy the URL into the box, and put your email in
Choose the format you want
It will convert it into a downloadable file for you, and it will email it to you

You don't need a special website to download videos to put on your MP3 Player.
Here is my solution:
You can Download any videos you wish from most popular video websites like YouTube, MySpace and so on.
Then can use this tool convert the videos download to MP3 format so you can export to your MP3 Player, just do it yourself:
