|  Kanye West Arrested at LAX! Was it his fault? Rapper Kanye West has been arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism at Los Angeles airport after fighting with a TMZ camera man, everything was caught on tape. | Of course it isn't his fault. Yeah he hit the camera but are you kidding?! Kayne has the right to privacy and he can hit the camera away if he wants. He obviously didn't want his picture taken and that guy didn't back off so he has every right to knock the camera away. I hate when people make big deals about what celebrities do. If someone was following you with a camera and irritating you I'm sure you would hit the camera away as well. People need to stop getting so much into peoples lives. Its pathetic. | There is nothing against the law about taking pictures in a public place. So Kanye does not have the right to destroy the guys camera just because he doesn't like having his picture taken. So yes, it was his fault. Powered by Yahoo Answers |

| If you are really in a public place, like out in the street or something, then you can film people no matter how long they are on the screen. However, if you don't have release from them, you cannot use any images of them in a "commercial" manner to advertise or sell the film. So they could be in the film, but without a release, you couldn't use that clip to advertise, or as a trailer, or use stills from that clip on a poster or ad. I doubt that person had a release from him to be filmed and put on TV. :| Powered by Yahoo Answers |

| Kanye West is a douche but paparazzi are bigger douches, and people who buy celeb magazines and support the paparazzi BULLSHlT are the biggest douches of all. | Probably..although it was said that it's possible that the camera man just got way too close to his face and he was just trying to push it away. He probably did lose his temper though and vandalize the camera. Powered by Yahoo Answers |
