|  what do you think? Kanye West has just been arrested at LAX forfelony vandalism.? Summary: Kanye West has just been arrested at LAX for felony vandalism. A still photographer was trying to take pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. According to our guy on the scene, Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground. | obviously what he did is wrong (that's why he's arrested) but you can't crucify him for it. and it is actually don c who did the most. Trust me you would get frustrated with the paps if they were in your face all the time, thats why a lot of celebreties have spazzed. and remember what happened to Princess Diana. | when you become a celebrity you loose your privacy. everyone knows that. these celebrities need to stop acting like babies who think they're above the law. if the guy was just taking a pic from a distance, i hope kanye gets the max penalty. if the guy was all in his face and being obnoxious and not quitting when asked to, then kanye should have to pay for the camera.
