MSNBC is now running a clip of McCain taking credit for the financial Bill's success, from a morning rally in Ohio today. It didn't pass. Should McCain be forgiven for his bad judgment? Powered by Yahoo Answers

He should. He said the House Reps would vote for the bailout yet members from his own home state, voted against it. McCain's leadership just went down the toilet. Powered by Yahoo Answers

He definitely gambled and lost. He made a big show of suspending his campaign to go to DC and lead congress to a bailout bill. In the end, the Republicans were even more divided than the Democrats - so it appears that not only can't he lead the Republicans, but he can't multi-task either. (and he lost the debate) Powered by Yahoo Answers

You should be forgiven for being an ***. Had the stinking stupid Democrats passed McCain's cosponsored S.190 Bill in January 2005, we wouldn't be in this mess. Also, if Clinton had not repealed the Glass/Steagall Act in July 1999 things would be much better. Oh, if you are an intelligent person, you will know where to visit the official Senate and Congressional websites to view what the S.190 Bill encompassed and the assinine arguments against it by Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi, who are now blaming the Republicans for doing nothing to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. This Bill would have solved it, but the Dems said no.... Powered by Yahoo Answers
