You might need to get another dish so that your system can see another satellite. A lot of the international programming is coming from the standard Satellites in low orbit. Some of the hard to get or hard to find programming comes from a different sat in another location. I have seen homes that have Dish and they have to get at least 4 diffeferent satellites with 3 different dishes on the house. The best way to find out is to call dish at 1-888-248-7116. This number is just for the international programming packages. If there are these channels this is the place to call. I hope this helps, Good Luck!
