Disney Channel--good for any pre-teen or teen.

One Tree Hill--sort of like a teenage-ish soap opera. but not as bad, really.
American Idol--Singers compete for a record deal
What Not To Wear--another show on TLC where to fashion experts (and comedians) Stacy and Clinton film someone with badstyle for two weeks withoutthem knowing it, then surprise them and ask them to throw away all their clothes for a $5000 credit card for clothes and to come shopping by their rules in New York City.
Family Feud--a game show where families compete against each other.
America's Next Top Model--about 14 girls at the beginning. One episode every week. The girls have a photoshoot and a challenge, the top 5 usually get to go to another country, where the finale is. The winner gets a covergirl contract and a modling contract.
Project Runway--is an elimination show where 12 fashion designers get challenges every week and have to make an outfit in two days. One challenge was they had to make an outfit out of candy, another was they had to make an outfit out of plants, and at the end the top three get to make a collection and got to New York Fashion Week.

Jon and Kate Plus 8-- is a cute show, i watch it on TLC and i'm 14. Its about a family who had sextuplets when their twin girls were 3 years old. yeah--talk about shock. But Kate, the mom, is so funny on the show, and its entertaining.

Zoey 101-- is a cute teenager/kid show, about a girl that goes to a boarding school in california with her friends.
