I need help for producing a music video, like those shown in MTV. It's for my school homework.?

We are supposed to do something that concerns the world recently. And I chose to do the rice and oil crisis. Where the prices of the rice, cooking oil and diesel all went up. What scenes should I include in the MV? I really need help urgently, thanks a lot!
Oh ya, I forgot to add. It's supposed to be funny too, something like a parody, but it should be sympathizing at the same time. Help! Thanks a lot...
