Everything that comes through the TV is copyrighted and it's not only against YouTube's rules to upload these things, but it's illegal too.

You can convert a recorded program with the proper converter software (depending on how you recorded it). Or you can record directly to the computer with a TV receiver card or adapter.

You'll be wasting your time though!
