All 4 channels have the same show on right now. Is this suppose to be like this or a error? She sucks btw.

I don't see how they could make such an error. Doesn't seem possible.
I don't have access to a television, but it sounds purposeful to me. They probably planned it to force it to get ratings. Viacom channels like syndicating to each other, since they won't with anyone else.
Also, sounds like it's just a special, not a show, but I wouldn't know.
