To do it like in the movies, you need about two years, a powerful computer, and some 3D graphics software.

I'm not trying to be negative but it is physically not possible.

I looked at your video and the robot in it did not have any body panels, doors, trunk, hood, seats, or other things that a real car has. I'm also not taking into consideration all the things the machine would need to become Optimus Prime.

Look at a convertible car for example. The motor that folds the top up and down is hidden in the trunk. When the top is down everything is hidden in the trunk leaving you with little or no space to put anything else in the trunk. And this is just the roof! Where would they put Optimus's head, weapons, jet packs, and other stuff?
