The t-shirt requires batteries. Looks kind of uncomfortable wearing something with a power box and circuitry. I think it's better to buy a normal transformer t-shirt. Wearing a flashing t-shirt is quite rude in public, work, or in school. You can get into deep trouble. You can buy the t-shirt, but don't flash it too often.
