He's talking about legalizing gay marriage. (the prop makes it illegal). He had just finished talking about how "hot" Robert Patti-whatever (twilight guy) is, and he was making a joke like he was in love with him.

Prop 8 is a law passed that says that in California, a marriage can only be between a man and a woman. Basically, it makes gay marriage illegal there. He supports it being overturned.

He was joking about prop 8 which banned same-sex marriage in California after making a comment about Robert Pattinson (Twilight star) honess. He was joking that he was in love/wanted to get married to robert, but couldn't because of prop 8.
