6.15 x 1.03 = 6.33

If tax is 6.15, you divde by 1.03 to get original price = 5.97
That's one cheap TV

Where the heck do these people get 1.03? If the tax is the sales price multiplied by 3%, then the sales price would be the tax divided by 3%. However, 3% is expressed as .03, NOT 1.03! That would be 103%, and a pretty ridiculous tax rate! My figures show $205.00.
