it depends on the theme of the blog page, if its classy and girly go for the first and if its funky and retro go for the second

it depends on what the clothes are like

rock the runway sounds really exciting.. i can imagine flashing lights and whatnot
but le femme chic sounds really classy and sophisticated and more calm

So go with your personality or the style of the clothes me thinks :)

well personally i'd go for ''La Femme Chic'' if the blog is quite classy and 'pretty' and blogs about those sort of clothes.
''rock the run way'' would suit more a modern type blog with modern clothes that are blogged about.
