how to vote for someone for MTV movie awards 2009?

i click on the links but it takes me to the page for that particular actor
without voting

do you have to be in america to vote im from the UK
help!?

You have to sign up and make an account first then you can vote.It's very simple all you have to do is make a user name and password. I'm pretty sure you can vote from anywhere in the world. You only have till tomorrow to vote then it closes cause the awards are on Sunday.
