It depends on the look your going for and your body type. Usually people who wear skinny jeans but maybe have bigger legs tend to look good with the more skater type graphic tees, whereas people with really skinny legs tend to look better with the more flowy classic look with skinny jeans. It all depends on your taste.

I wear baggy plain shirts or V-necks, and van tie up shoes or slip-on vans or high-tops. If you're a girl then wear like a small band tee or a blouse type thing and some slip on shoes. It's all based on personal opinion I guess.
