Who is the model used in the New York Color (N.Y.C.) cosmetics advertisements? The most recently featured ad is in Cosmopolitan magazine's June 2009 issue? A friend thinks it is i-Justine the myspace/twitter girl but I disagree, help end this stupid argument please!
