Haute couture fashion - haute couture means "high sewing" or"high dressmaking." It specifies that the clothes are custom made for the client.

but personally I'd call them crap...that show is horrible too much talking and trash instead of actual photoshoots etc.

It's general called 'fashion shots'. But they could also be 'high fashion, 'beauty', or 'conceptual' photography.
