I didn't notice it until:

I rented 3 movies. Watched them.

2 weeks later I rent 2 more then when I try to upload them it says I don't have enough space.

And when I look at the memory bar it shows like 60% of it's video that's not even on my iPod.

So I looked on my Ipod - Video tab and the movies showed up @ first then disappeared, but it's still ON the ipod. =/

I would restore the iPod. If you as any apple employee, they will tell you that ALL iPod's should be restored periodically. Many would suggest every 6 to 12 months. Restoring the iPod should reset all the data and load everything you own back onto the iPod. If you still have this problem, I would suggest visiting the Apple Store (even if you aren't under warranty they will still help you try to resolve your problem if it is not a hardware issue).

Why not try and delete the movies through pc or mac or whatever you are using i remember that sometimes i had problems with deleting some protected mp3's i usually found them in (F:)\iPod_Control\Music but the movie folder is similar just search your ipod for movie title and wipe it out. It could be that the 2 movies that you are trying to upload weight more then you have enough disk space.
