Whatever happened to Michael Johns and Jason Castro from last seasons American Idol?

I really love michael johns, i really hope he has an album coming out or something soon!!! And I was curious about jason castro, what happened?

Michael Johns is in the studio recording his album. Last time I heard, it is supposed to come out in a couple months.


Jason Castro is also in the Recording Studio. I'm not sure when his album is coming out.

Both of them released Christmas songs. Michaels Christmas song was called "Another Christmas" and Jason made his own version of "White Christmas".

They were my two faves of that season. Although, Jason was my obsession and definitely my number one favorite! Michael was cool though. Jason was freakin' amazing and beautiful! :)

Jason has been quite busy. He had a concert in Tulsa in November and a concert in Garland Texas in December, with Patti Label, to raise money for the local school system. He did have a Christmas download which was quite successful. He has been writing and recording new music. He is in the recording studio right now working on his first single and Cd. He was a judge for Teen Vogue for a battle of the bands, he was a host when the Grammy's opened their museum, and also participated in raising funds for Music Cares for musicians who fall on hard times. His fans cannot wait to see what is coming in the new year. Hope you keep up with him.
