It depends on what you want to know.
In my opinion, Dr. Phil is very imposing and has "expert opinions" from those who also believe that their viewpoint is superior. He ran some episodes on gender confusion, which seemed to put down transgender people and say that they were confused rather than exploring their stories and congratulating them on their struggles.

Oprah can also be a little imposing but she has a wide range of topics and encourages all of the people who come onto her show.

So, I would choose Oprah!

Oprah. She is an example of a great role model.
She helped build a school for kids and has people on her show everyday, sometimes people who are unique and shows them how to be happy with themselves and not to care what other people say. She's true strong woman with great morals and value in her life.
