Well, she is on the spot all the time. People are always talking about her weight and just because she gets good feedback doesn't mean she doesn't get bad feedback as well. The bad feedback probably just hits her harder.

Some people just have naturally low self-esteem. And it's hard to live your life in the spot light like that... every move she makes is viewed and criticized by the public!

it's easy to get others to love you, but sometimes it's harder to love yourself. We all critisize ourselves harsher than other people.
