An award would imply that this person did something to help get Obama elected. The only one on your list that fits that is Oprah Winfrey. The most ridiculous senator would be one who still believes that any of these people is relevant to Obama's politics.

Any of them would be as qualified as Al Franken. The most ridiculous in my opinion would be Rev. Wright because he would have to show some tact instead of going off on one of his tirades.
