New hair style? I really need someones help!!!?

Hey, My name is Emily and I really need a new hairstyle. I need some suggestions mostly or maybe some pictures. I am a pretty big girl (160 Pounds) and my face is sort of round. i have red hair with honey highlights. I straighten my hair almost everyday and every now and then I will curl it. My hair is about to the middle of my back and I am 5ft 3in. I really need a new hair cut so pictures would be great but i will take descriptions of hair too. Any thing would help me greatly.
