Style ideas for growing out a bob? PLEASE ANSWER! :]?

about two months ago I cut my hair into an inverted bob.
at the time I liked it, but I now find myself pining for my long locks,

at this moment, it looks a little something like this:

in the back it goes to about the middle of my neck, and the front goes to about my collar bone at its longest point.

I want to grow it out, but fear the awkward "growing out stage" that I'm already experiencing.

I have an oval face, and my hair is very thin, dark brown, almost black, in color (the lighting changes it quite a bit in the photo)

any cute style ideas that will help me avoid this phase?

oh im sorry to hear that buy some clipin human hair extensions at sally's $60 for 14 inches and $80 for 18 inches they are a really good deal compared to others i reallly really recomend them!!

I would simply take the front and cut it up with the back to even it out keeping the ends layered looking like in the back. That would be a very cute cut in itself to grow it out with. Once you even it up like this then there shouldn't be an awkward growing out stage, all should grow out the same. I have had to do this many times because I always go super short at least once in the summer then grow it out this way through the winter.
