OJ Simpson Is Done This Time?

An all white jury, not even a Latino or anything, all white. He's done this time isn't he. They are not going to even consider the case going on, aren't they all tainted by his old "wife killer image?

Won't that influence their current decision?

Is an all white jury even fair or right?
but was it an all black jury doing the wife killing trial?

Yes it's fair. They weren't crying 'RACIST JURY' in the 90's when the black jury let him off the hook

I would worry that it was grounds for appeal.
I'm Australian so I'm not sure ,but doesn't the American Constitution say he has to be judged by his peers [equals] ??
If people were excluded because they were black or latino I think that's grounds for appeal..

Well, what you're basically saying is that you believe white people will punish blacks and blacks will punish whites automatically because of race.

That right there in itself is...discriminatory. No, I don't believe you're right in this case. You do have a point but, OJ's accident was also back in 1994. That was a long time ago, by all means.

People move on, there are better/bigger cases, etc, and OJ is somewhat of a celebrity (for all the wrong reasons).

He doesn't have the same image as Hitler.
