okay I know that the guy use to be woman, and his wife is a woman or a man? did his wife use to be a man? and thats how she/he got pregnant? I'm very confussed about the whole thing?
Can anyone explain this?

His wife is a woman who can't have kids. She got pregnant thru artificial insemination.

this is the way i ehard it:he was previously a woman who felt that he should have been born a man. he married a woman, who has always been a woman. they woman tried to have a baby, but was unable to do so. that's why he got pregnant.

He was born a woman, and he is married to a woman. He was impregnated using artificial insemination, and he had the baby recently.

His wife has always been a woman she has two other children but was unable to get pregnant again. He still has all his female reproductive organs and they used IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) to get pregnant.

He/She used to be a woman and he took hormone pills to become a man. He/She still has female organs, that how he/she was able to carry a baby. he/she is not a real man. Just a woman who took pills to look like a man. Oh and she got her breast removed too. His/her wife is a woman.

the one pregnant was born a woman and changed to a man. the wife, has always been a woman, but can't have children. To me it's all bull, it's not a pregnant man at all and I'm surprised Oprah even had them on the show!
