try to look at it open minded...and not think of it as his last performance....i know it is hard....i myself still thought he was awesome

It wasn't his last performance, he has another one coming out.

Anyway, I thought he was great.
He really got into the character,
and improvised quite a bit.

Besides him,
Aaron Eckheart[sp?] did a good job too.

Absolutely! I think he did so in all his past movies, like 10 Things I Hate About You. He was, and always will be an epic performer. Every time he leaves the screen, I want him back.

To the guy/girl above, Dark Knigh was his last COMPLETED performance. He didn't have a chance to finished other movie. And to the asker, YES he's indeed stole the show! He was very much ALIVE on that movie, it never crossed my mind that he's already passed away. When I found out his dead on Y! news earlier this year I know his role in Dark Knight will be amazing. Surprisingly it was beyond amazing... it was SUPERB performance by him...

Then again, I followed most of his film, he always gave us amazing and superb performance! I know people didn't really like his role on Brokerback Mountain, but I really like it. It was really brave of him to take that role as a challenge. Too bad The Joker 'killed' him T,T He said it was the hardest character he ever played compared to his previous film... he shall be missed and if he's not a legend to many out there, he's already a legend to me...

heck yeah, He stole show from Batman. But Joker kind of has a way of doing that in some of the Cartoons, so i really don't care he stole the show. It just makes it that much Better, I am kind of glade he stole the Show cause Heath was Awsome.
