he was found in his bed in his apartment, he was already dead when they found him. toxicology reports found he had mixed medications, and as a result, basically had a bad reaction.

he was found in his hotel...naked laying on his bed. people say that the character that he plays on the batman movie, the joker, was so dark that he couldnt go to sleep at night. so he had to take sleeping pills and he *accidently* overdosed. thats so sad because he had a daughter.
