Actually, there would be a third movie since Batman Begins was the first, and Dark Knight was it's sequal.
I think Michael Seater, hahaha, he probably won't be it though, but I thought he would make a good joker. =D

I don't know of anyone being able to top such an amazing performance. They could just make the next movie with a different villain, but it would just not be as great.
